Safety & Health

Safety First,
Always

In the realm of the chemical industry, safety is the cornerstone that underpins every facet of our work. Ensuring the well-being of our team, our premises, and the environment isn’t just a priority; it’s an absolute necessity. Neglecting safety could lead to severe consequences—human harm, economic setbacks, environmental damage, and facility destruction. Recognizing its significance, we have taken decisive steps to embed safety across all our operations.

Our Commitments to Safety and Health

As part of our aim of ‘No Harm’, our strategy is focussed on key challenges and risks related to safety and health. Our Top Management is committed to nurturing safety culture as is evident from our policies and practices. We take pride in adopting a collective safety culture wherein every member is accountable for safe operation. Derivation of annual performance of each individual as well as the organization is linked to the safety.

We strictly adhere to all regulations and also certified with Integrated Management System having ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001. Also, we have Principal Safety Committee (having members across cadres including senior management), internal safety audit team and cross-functional audit teams for safety improvement. We provide regular training to all stakeholders across value chain, to nearby community and publish safety related literature and bulletins. Regular mock drills are conducted in line with identified Maximum Credible Scenarios (MCA).
